Have I gone too far this time?

 

The Crochet Blanket.  Kind of up there with Marmite - you either love it or hate it.  Many a time have I hummed and ho'd over them in charity shops and at car boot sales and decided that they're just too high on the granny-o-meter.  Until this week when I gave in to a little crocheted knee rug.  Aside from the rather garish colours you've just got to admire the workmanship. 

Mr Clover Yard seems to be tolerating it quite well.  I might just grow to love it.

Hi Carol, How have you been?....I am so sorry to have been so tardy with visiting!...My younger daughter Mallory, has been going to summer school all summer & now has had last week & this coming week off, so we have been running around a bit and doing things she couldn't till now, so blogging has been on hold a bit!....I just want to say that the bright colored blanket is not at all on the "granny-o-meter"!!!! :) I am still just giggling about that hilarious term!!!....I am also just thrilled that you loved your "Summer Pillow"....I assume Harry is your little boy, but what are the other places you had me stencil?...Places close to you?..or ones you visit during the summer months?...I would love to know!
