the Russian dolls were pretty quiet too for that matter...
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that St. Nicholas would soon be there.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds...
Ha ha. Not on your nelly says my 4 year old.

Hope you had a smashing Christmas Carol. What a wonderful gingerbread house - one of those is definitely going on my shopping list for next year. Oh stop me already!
